Well, first of all, it is not you who is craving for eating, it is your critter brain, it is the brain that is trying to act when you are stuck in an idea, in a loop, in your career, in your love life or any circumstances that you encounter in life that it takes time and lot of efforts to do something about it, so that is the way your buddy will express.
