At the age of 50, having lived through the unique challenges of Lebanon, I reflect on the impact of belief on our lives. In a country marked by instability, we, the Lebanese people, live with a relentless belief in life. Tomorrow is uncertain, but our positivity and energy remain high. Our vibrant nightlife and exceptional hospitality stem from the profound belief that, in the face of an unpredictable future, we should celebrate today.
Leaving Lebanon, a place I love, was driven by a belief that I had more to contribute. I believed in fulfilling my life purpose with all my heart and mind. This power of belief translated into real-life transformation and the pursuit of a thriving existence. Though a challenging journey, it is filled with hope, positivity, energy, and an unwavering belief that I can shape my destiny.
Determination and perseverance infuse life with worth and fulfillment. Believing in the good that will come, with all your heart and mind, ensures that dreams materialize, and a purposeful life unfolds.
Consider successful individuals who live their dreams, change lives, and bring prosperity and joy to others. Their belief in themselves, coupled with passion and determination, propels them forward. Our mindset, too, can shift to be more positive, determined, and passionate, aligned with our beliefs in living our life purpose.
The Revelation: The 3 F Formula
Recently, I had an epiphany that led me to a simplified breakthrough, the 3 F formula:
- Faith in God or the Greater Power: Believing in a higher power opens the gates for blessings, protection, and love. I’ve experienced God’s presence through people who offered support during challenging times. Having faith in God or the greater power is foundational.
- Faith in Humanity: Not all people are malevolent. Many are righteous and supportive, offering financial help, mentorship, or career opportunities. Believing in the goodness of humanity allows us to find those who genuinely care and support us.
- Faith in Yourself: The most crucial element is believing in oneself. We each have a purpose, whether it’s saving a life, raising a saint, contributing to humanity, or offering care and compassion to ease someone else’s journey. Having faith in yourself is paramount.
As a man of faith, I believed in God’s love for humanity. This belief led me to witness kindness in people around me. When I started believing in myself, the once-impossible became achievable in my life.
