I have had so many adversities that I have encountered through my life since the very beginning, and I have overcome many of them in a way that it contributed to my personal growth.
One significant event was the accident I had with my eye at the age of 3. This adversity, combined with the challenges of being a teenager searching for love while feeling different from others, led me to a profound realization of my uniqueness.
Discovering my distinctiveness was not an easy journey, but it pushed my mind to find coping mechanisms rather than succumbing to stress and frustration. Instead of letting my eye accident define me, I embraced creativity and started seeking solutions and approaches to overcome the challenges that life presented. I came to understand that my differences could be harnessed positively, enabling me to accomplish meaningful things in life.
I found satisfaction in volunteering and nurturing my faith as a Christian, building a strong relationship with God. Over the years, my mind developed the ability to navigate around obstacles rather than directly clashing with them. This approach allowed me to find comebacks, solutions efficiently, minimizing damage and enabling me to adapt quickly to various situations.
In my career as a management consultant, this problem-solving skill was invaluable. I could swiftly understand organizations in rebuilding their management system. Enjoying Shifting and reinventing their systems as required. And, I used to coach people through that transition without negatively impacting their careers. And that was fun, easy to see the shift with creative ideas and solutions to challenges during the transition.
Living in a country with political instability and various challenges, I attempted to establish businesses that didn’t always succeed. However, I persisted and ultimately found success with my seasonal restaurant. Later on, through establishment of recruiting bureau that helped others find jobs through the Church. Creativity and problem-solving played a pivotal role in overcoming vulnerabilities, difficult circumstances, and hurdles in all aspects of my life.
This journey has taught me that you can overcome anything and rise again.Believe in yourself and find ways around obstacles. Instead of getting stuck and repeatedly losing, I learned to seek new ideas, improve my skills, and explore various possibilities. Embracing continuous self-improvement allowed me to create my own circumstances, survive, and thrive.
Remember, when faced with challenges, don’t surrender to circumstances but rather, explore different avenues, learn, etc. Equip yourself with new tools and ideas to overcome problems. By believing in yourself and embracing growth, you can triumph over adversity and build a fulfilling life.
