What we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email address, your answers to the Resilience Check, and anything you send us by email or when you book a conversation.
• Quiz answers without your name: when you finish the Resilience Check, your answers are recorded without your name or email so we can understand what visitors need. If you also enter your email to receive your breakdown, we connect your answers to your email.
• Automatic information: standard website data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics and cookies. When you submit a form — such as the Resilience Check or our newsletter signup — we also record your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

To send you the results you asked for. If you opt in, to email you invitations to webinars, seminars and trainings, announcements, and updates about our services. To understand what visitors want and improve this site and our content. To respond to your messages and booking requests. To keep the site secure and working.

Who sees it

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not give your quiz answers or email address to other companies for their own marketing. We use service providers that handle information on our behalf: website hosting (Bluehost), email delivery (Resend), email and scheduling (Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings), and website analytics (Google Analytics). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Email and unsubscribing

We send marketing emails only if you opted in. To unsubscribe, reply "unsubscribe" to info@romeoelchaer.com. We process requests within 10 business days. After that you will not receive marketing emails from us. We keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can honor your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and it uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list and as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to info@romeoelchaer.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

Children

This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Not professional advice

The Resilience Check is a short self-reflection tool, not a clinical, psychological, medical, or professional assessment.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
